3. Types of Cookies We Use
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the platform to function. Without them, core features such as account login and secure navigation would not work. These cookies cannot be disabled.

3.3 Analytics Cookies
We do not set analytics cookies. The public website at navasana.ai uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic; it is cookieless and stores no identifier on your device (see our Privacy Policy, Section 2.5). Apart from the Cookiebot consent cookie that records your consent choices (see Section 3.1), the website sets no other cookies, with one exception: Cloudflare, which protects the site, may set a short-lived security cookie if it serves a challenge to your browser (see Section 4). Product usage analytics inside the VIIRA platform are collected by PostHog in memory-only mode, which does not store a cookie or any other identifier on your device.
Note: We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
4. Third-Party Cookies
A small number of trusted service providers may set cookies on our behalf in the course of delivering the platform. These third parties set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Third-party services we use that may set cookies include:
- Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security for navasana.ai and the VIIRA platform; may set a cookie only when a security challenge is served (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
- Cookiebot (Usercentrics) — consent management for navasana.ai; shows the cookie consent banner, lets you give, change or withdraw consent, and stores your choice in the CookieConsent cookie (Cookiebot Privacy Policy)
- Clerk — authentication for the VIIRA platform; sets the session cookies that keep you signed in (Clerk Privacy Policy)
We do not use Google Analytics, Stripe, Intercom, or any advertising network.
5. Cookie Duration
Cookies can be either session cookies or persistent cookies:
- Session cookies are temporary and are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period of time or until you manually delete them. The duration of each cookie is noted in the tables above.

6.2 Browser Settings

6.3 Opt-Out of Analytics
Because we set no analytics cookies, there is nothing to opt out of at the browser level. Product analytics inside VIIRA hold no persistent identifier on your device; contact us at the address below if you would like your account excluded from product analytics.
Please Note: Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using core features of the Navasana platform. Disabling other cookies may affect your experience but will not prevent access to the platform.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Currently, there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals. Our platform does not alter its data collection practices in response to DNT signals at this time.
8. Children's Privacy
